For bulk orders

If you’re placing a bulk order (typically 25 units or more) and paying via an invoice, you’ll be provided with digital mockups before anything goes to production. Once your order has been placed our Graphic Design Team will provide you with a final mockup for your approval, to ensure you are happy with the positioning of your design.

Digital mockups are typically provided within 24-48 hours following payment & sign off on your order.

We are not able to provide digital mockups before an order has been placed, due to the time involved in producing these.

For online orders and blank products

If you order through our online shop, our product designer tool allows you to layout your artwork exactly how you want it. It’s very easy to use, even if you don’t have any graphic design skills. It also means your order will go into production faster as it’ll go straight to our review team.

Orders of every size placed through our online shop are checked by our team of experts, ensuring everything is as we need it and to spot any obvious errors.

When ordering blank products you will not be provided with a digital mockup.
